The eCards for the New 2025 Guidelines Courses are now available on the eCard Store.
Complete the following before you attempt to order 2025 guideline eCards.
1. Complete the Online AHA 2025 Guidelines Instructor Update for each course discipline you teach. These eLearning Course links have been emailed to each primary affiliated instructors with ERTSS. Be sure to complete the survey at the end of the eLearning course. You will be awarded a certificate that validates your completion. ERTSS staff can view all Instructor Update eLearning courses and progression and completion.
2. Aquire the 2025 Course materials for the course(s) you may teach. This can be Interim materials to be used with your current Instructor materials or preferably, the New 2025 Instructor Support Materials.
3. Request the new 2025 exams. ( Exams will only be issued to those instructors who have completed the AHA eLearning Instructor Update Course.)
4. Download the new 2025 Course Roster from the ERTSS website. All 2025 guideline courses must use the 2025 course roster.
5. When ordering ecards on the online store, you must select the Guidelines Version of the course you taught. Use the 2020 Guidelines option until you have completed all of the above. eCards will be loaded into your Atlas Account.
6. eCard inventory in Atlas will reflect both the 2020 and 2025 guidelines eCards.
The 2020 eCards will have the “2020” at the beginning of the eCard type.
The 2025 eCards will only display the New Course Name with No year prefix.
You can also view the “Product Number” column to identify 2020 and 2025 eCards.
Only issue 2025 eCards to students who complete the 2025 guidelines course with 2025 course materials and exams.
All unused 2020 eCard inventory will convert to 2025 eCards on March 1st, 2026.
