If you are an American Heart Association Instructor and are looking for a location to affiliate, we can help. ERTSS has been designated as a US Territory ( all 50 States ) Training Center. We are able to support Instructors and Training Sites in all 50 States.
Complete the Instructor Affiliation Application below. Once we approve your application, we will forward the Records Transfer Request to your current Training Center.
How do I change my Affiliation on the AHA Instructor Network?
- Go to www.ahainstructornetwork.org and login
- On your Dashboard page, select “Edit My Profile”
- Select Alignment
- Change your alignment by using the “LookUp” option
- Use the following for your Lookup USA, Ga, Fayetteville
- Emergency Response Training & Support Services will display.
- Go to the bottom of the page and save your changes.
