Class Tuition Refund Policy

ERTSS provides certification courses to meet your knowledge and credentialing needs. These scheduled courses require a commitment of classroom space, material and instructor resources. If you need to cancel a course that you registered and paid for, please let us know ASAP so we can open your seat to another student who may need the course and provide you with an appropriate refund. We may also move your class registration to the next available class date, at your request. There is no charge to move your class registration to the next available class date.

ERTSS uses the following guidelines regarding Class Tuition Refunds when a student is unable to attend a course they have registered and paid for and a refund is requested.

Full Refund:
Students who provide ERTSS with notification ( email or phone call ) of cancellation by the class time, are entitled to a refund of all monies paid, excluding any credit card processing fee. Refunds will be provided within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving notice of cancellation. 


NO Show / No Notification = No Refund:
Students who do not attend their scheduled class and do not attempt to provide ERTSS with notification of cancellation by the end of the class, forfeit the paid tuition for that course. No refund will be available for students who No Show / No Notification.

* Emergency Situations:
ERTSS will consider Emergency Situations on a case by case basis. If you have an unexpected emergency and are not able to attend your scheduled class, please make an attempt to contact ERTSS ASAP regarding your situation.
