2024 Georgia House Bill ( HB ) 874 has passed the Georgia House of Representatives and has moved to the Georgia Senate for consideration.
2024 Georgia HB 874 is a revision of Current State Law requiring all Georgia High Schools that participate in Interscholastic Athletics Programs have at least 1 AED onsite. It also requires staff CPR AED Training.
The revision, if passed, would expand this legislation to include all Public Schools (K-12).
