Submit Course Roster

If you use the ERTSS eCard Store to purchase eCards, submit your Course Roster to ERTSS to document eCards that you have already issued directly to your successful students.
* This Is Not An Order Form And ERTSS Does Not Issue eCards From This Roster*
If You Need ERTSS to issue eCards for you, use the Online Roster program to document your course and purchase eCards for those students. ERTSS will issue the eCards to your students for you.

To submit your ERTSS Course Roster, Follow these steps:
1. Download the ERTSS Course Roster and save to your device.
* The roster features will not work unless you download the form.
2. Complete the Course Roster with all the required fields for your course.
3. You have 4 action buttons on the bottom of the Course Roster.
Click on These actions buttons to: Print Roster / Save Roster / Submit Roster / Reset Roster. The Print & Save buttons allow you to have a paper or digital copy for your files.
The Submit Roster button will automatically attach the course roster pdf to a pre-formatted email address and allow you to forward the Course Roster to ERTSS to document your Course. The Reset Button clears all the roster fields back to a blank form.



If you are using the default AHA Course Roster, Follow these steps:
1. Save your completed Course Roster to your computer or device. ( pdf, jpg, jpeg, tiff or heic file formats) Please Be Sure That The Roster Information Is Complete.
2. Click on the Red ” Submit Course Roster” button below. This will open your email.
The “To” email address is automatically set.
* If you are submitting Course Rosters for other Instructors, please include their name(s) in the “body” of the email.
3. Find and Attach your saved Course Roster from your computer or device to the email.
* Please reduce attachment file size.
4. Send email with attachment to ERTSS.
