I’d like to introduce you to our new administrative staff member, Ali!
Many of you have already had the opportunity to meet Ali via telephone as she is
providing customer support and answering your questions when you call the ERTSS office.
Ali has an educational background and also served in the United States Air Force as a military police. Ali has completed her Heartsaver Essentials Instructor Course and is waiting to be monitored. Ali will be filling the role of Credentialing and Compliance and occasionally teach Heartsaver lever Courses.
