The AHA “Find A Class Tool” is free avenue to advertise your scheduled classes directly on the AHA website for prospective to find and register for. This option is available when you create a future class in the Atlas “Classes” module.
To make your classes visible on the AHA “Find A Course Tool”, leave the “Private” option open and NOT Checked when creating your class. This option will only be beneficial for Future scheduled classes as students cannot register for a class that has already been taught. If you check the “Private” option, your class will not be visible on the Find A Course Tool for students to find.
Below are the AHA Acceptable Usage Practices to the Find A Class Tool for Training Centers, Training Sites, and Instructors. If you are planning to use this tool to promote your AHA training classes, please incorporate these changes to assure AHA compliance.
* Although AHA allows posting of prescheduled classes up to 6 months in advanced , ERTSS will limit classes up to 60 days. Any posted classes that do not follow the AHA Acceptable use policy must be corrected by the posting instructor. If not corrected, they will be Cancelled/removed.
